STORY
Mira Salon is a beauty treatment place that provides a variety of services such as washing, hair cutting and facial and body treatments. Mira Salon also provides make up and styling services for special events such as parties or photoshoots. Mira Salon ensures that our customers feel comfortable and satisfied with our high-quality services.
In daily life, Salon Mira can be visited by many customers every hour. Customers usually have to make a booking in advance by telephone to be served at Salon Mira. However, due to the large number of incoming calls, Mira sometimes forgot to record the hours her customers ordered. This results in several customers arriving at the same hour (maximum 5 customers in 1 hour). After consulting with her friends, Mira was advised to create a website for salon bookings that could be used by Mira Salon customers and admins. Customers are expected to be able to choose an available arrival time, as well as choose the service to be ordered. For payments, Salon Mira still wants to make payments offline at her salon.
TASK
Identify the user pain and gains of Mira and salon customers, and what problems they face. Make a user scenario (1 user per user), user flow (1 user flow per user), user interface (minimum 3 frames per user).
